## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 组织整车碰撞安全目标定义，并根据目标定义分解子系统碰撞安全要求。
- 根据项目进度和整车安全目标组织整车安全开发各个节点的状态评审，跟踪问题点，推进措施落地。
- 根据项目进度和整车安全目标，制定整车安全试验，包括试验计划，车辆/滑台需求、碰撞矩阵，组织分析试验结果，跟踪措施落地。
- 正确解读中国各种碰撞法规，支持各个子系统的安全开发， 预测碰撞法规的趋势。
- 完成项目的D-FMEA，整理项目过程中的leassonslearn，完善和补充整车安全数据库。
- 根据每个项目的特殊性，组织合适的碰撞安全流程。

### 岗位要求

1. 车辆、机械、材料、力学等相关专业本及以上学历， 2. 5年以上整车安全开发经验，至少经历了2款完整车型五星项目经历。 3. 熟悉CNCAP/CIASI/GB等碰撞法规要求，熟悉大众集团的企标是加分项 4. 良好的沟通和协调能力
