## Job description

### 职能职责
- 负责存量车型用户需求全生命周期管理，包括VOC的数据渠道管理、驱动各类用户调研，需求价值准入、竞品对标、需求定义；
- 推动需求落地、需求验收、上市后需求满意度和NPS评估；
- 负责完善OTA运营用户需求管理业务流程，并推动至落地；

### 作为团队管理、用户需求对外接口人工作，并建立组织影响力 任职要求
- 1、5 年以上智能座舱、整车产品定义相关需求管理经验，主导过至少 1个整车或tire1项目的需求管理（含OTA）； 3、沟通能力强且思维活跃，不回避冲突敢为用户发声，有用户意识和数据导向思维，对整车级业务流程具备一定知识； 3、有用户调研能力和数据分析能力优先、有至少一个垂直领域产品管理经验优先； 3、有作为业务owner的魄力，有担当，拥抱变化，善于推动跨部门达成业务落地。
