## Job description

### 全业务开发支持
- 负责电子电气领域的产品开发全生命周期管理（从需求分析到产品上市），确保产品符合行业标准和法规要求。参与跨部门协作，提供技术指导和支持，推动项目顺利落地；

### 法规与标准研究与应用
- 深入研究国内外电子电气领域的相关法规、标准及技术规范（如IEC、ISO、GB等），并及时更新知识库。为公司产品设计、生产、测试等环节提供法规与标准合规性指导；

### 审查与评估
- 对产品设计文档、技术方案、测试报告等进行技术审查和合规性评估。确保产品符合相关法律法规及行业标准，并协助解决审查过程中发现的问题；

### 技术支持与咨询
- 为公司内部团队提供技术咨询和支持，解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题。协助客户或合作伙伴解决技术问题，并提供专业的解决方案；

### 行业趋势与新技术研究
- 关注电子电气领域的最新技术动态和发展趋势，提出前瞻性建议。推动新技术在公司产品中的应用和落地；

### 团队培养与管理
- 指导和培养团队成员的技术能力和合规意识。建立高效的团队协作机制，提升整体技术水平和项目执行效率。
