## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责大模型 Agent 的设计与开发，实现意图理解、任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理及多轮交互能力。
- 负责 RAG 系统建设与优化，包括文档解析、知识切分、向量检索、混合检索、重排序及回答质量评估。
- 负责知识图谱建设，包括实体与关系抽取、知识建模、数据融合及图谱检索，并探索知识图谱与 RAG、Agent 的结合。
- 推动大模型应用从原型验证到生产上线，持续优化任务成功率、响应时延、稳定性与运行成本。
- 围绕智能座舱业务，开发车辆知识问答、功能服务、主动交互及工具协同等应用。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，具备 3—5 年开发经验。
- 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的软件工程能力，熟悉 API 开发、服务部署及问题定位。
- 具备大模型 Agent 实际开发经验，熟悉 Function Calling、任务编排、记忆管理及异常恢复机制；有 LangGraph、LangChain 或同类框架使用经验。
- 具备 RAG 优化经验，能够针对召回不准、知识遗漏、回答幻觉等问题进行分析，并通过评测验证优化效果。
- 具备知识图谱建设经验，熟悉实体关系建模、知识抽取及图数据库，能够将图谱用于实际业务。
- 至少参与过一个大模型应用的生产上线 ，能够说明本人负责的模块、关键技术问题及上线后的优化成果。
- 具备良好的业务理解、沟通协作与问题解决能力，能够独立推进模块开发与交付。 加分项
- 有汽车、智能座舱、车载语音或车控系统研发经验。
- 有多模态 Agent、主动智能或复杂工具调用项目经验。
- 熟悉车辆信号、车控接口、车型知识及座舱业务流程。
- 有 GraphRAG、Agent 评测、模型微调或端云协同经验。
