## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机器人运动控制算法的开发、调试与性能优化工作；
- 设计机器人机械结构、电气系统方案并完成原型验证落地；
- 主导机器人现场部署、调试及运行过程中的故障排查处理；
- 维护机器人核心软硬件系统，迭代优化设备运行稳定性；
- 配合产品团队梳理机器人应用场景需求，输出技术实现方案；
- 分析机器人运行数据，迭代优化参数配置提升作业效率；
- 编写机器人开发、运维相关技术文档，开展内部技术培训。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业；
- 具备3年及以上机器人相关开发或部署工作经验，熟悉工业/服务机器人全流程开发逻辑；
- 掌握C/C++/Python等至少一种编程语言，熟悉ROS系统、运动学建模相关知识；
- 具备机器人机械结构设计、电气原理图绘制能力，能熟练使用SolidWorks、Altium Designer等设计工具；
- 熟悉伺服电机、传感器、减速器等机器人核心部件选型与调试方法；
- 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能独立完成机器人现场故障排查与调试；
- 具备良好的团队协作意识与文档编写能力，能够跨部门推动技术方案落地。
