## Job description

### 职责描述
- 负责智能座舱、智驾方向零部件APQP的管理工作；
- 主动监控量产车型质量表现，快速响应，联合基地对质量问题制定市场、现场临时方案、根治方案，确保方案有效落地实施；
- 主导本基地高发问题改善，掌握供应商量产后存在的风险，及时上报解决；
- 负责对量产后供应商的产品、工艺、场地等方面的变更申请和实施管理，确保风险100%识别及问题100%推动解决，并录入经验库；
- 根据市场和现场质量表现，定期组织供应商召开会议，推动问题解决；
- 负责参与供应商二轨开发的管控，了解和掌控开发中零部件试验验证发生问题的原因及措施，上报风险并跟踪；
- 量产零部件重大风险问题及解决困难时，主动反馈专业部门推动解决；
- 负责升级问题的解决，及内部专业和外部研发、采购等资源的协调。

### 任职要求

本科及以上学历
- 熟悉零部件的APQP、PPAP、MSA、FMEA等五大手册；
- 熟悉新老七种质量改善工作；
- 具有丰富的保险技术或者质量管理经验；
- 具有较强的沟通能力；
