## Job description

### 工作内容
- 负责纯电及混动车型动力经济性的开发，能够独立完成项目的开发工作；
- 海外市场的动力经济性开发，包括海外适应性目标制定，分解，仿真及验证；
- 负责能量管理系统方案设计包括仿真分析，理论计算和前期预研，对标及竞品分析识别关键技术达成路径，标准法规分析；
- 负责能量管理的系统验证，设计验证法案，系统方案改进，系统问题的分析与解决；
- 负责系统零部件的目标分解和制定，并且进行目标管控，对整车动力经济性目标达成状态负责；
- 负责完成项目与能量管理属性的有关的所有开发工作，并按项目各个阀点完成交付物，识别关键风险项。

### 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、动力工程、自动化、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上新能源汽车的动力经济性开发经验，具备完成的PE属性开发与验收全流程经验，有混动及纯电PE开发经验者优先；
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够正常和国外工程师交流。
