## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 搭建业务标准化体系，推动流程的系统化、规范化落地，识别流程中的痛点与低效环节，提出优化方案并推动迭代升级；
- 制定业务各环节的标准化模板、操作手册与管理规范，组织开展标准化宣贯与培训，确保全员理解并执行标准化流程；
- 定期跟踪标准化流程的执行情况，收集反馈意见，结合业务发展与行业变化，持续优化完善标准化体系，提升业务运营效率；
- 协同跨部门推进标准化在业务中的落地应用，推动业务数据、操作流程、管理标准的统一，为业务规模化发展提供支撑。

### 任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，工商管理、企业管理、新能源等相关专业； 2. 3年以上流程标准化、体系化建设相关经验，新能源行业优先； 3. 具备较强的流程梳理与体系搭建能力，熟悉SOP制定、流程优化的方法与工具； 4. 具备较好的逻辑思维、文字撰写能力、沟通协调能力，能结合业务实际持续优化标准化体系。
