## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导产品核心技术模块的方案设计与迭代落地工作；
- 负责产品技术架构的性能优化与日常稳定性维护；
- 对接产品、运营团队，推动技术需求的高效转化实施；
- 分析产品技术运行数据，定位排查核心系统的潜在问题；
- 配合测试团队完成技术方案的验证与上线效果评估；
- 统筹产品相关技术文档的标准化撰写与更新归档工作。 任职要求
- 具备计算机相关专业知识储备，掌握主流产品技术开发框架；
- 拥有2年以上产品技术相关工作经验，有完整项目落地经验；
- 熟练掌握系统架构设计、性能调优的核心技能与实操方法；
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够高效推动项目进展；
- 拥有较强的问题诊断与逻辑分析能力，可快速排查技术故障；
- 具备严谨的技术文档撰写能力，熟悉研发全流程协作规范。
