## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责售后用户服务体系的战略规划
- 负责售后用户服务体系的战略规划 2、市场分析与竞品信息收集与分析

### 结合业务需求及市场变化，输出符合集团售后业务的发展路径与策略 任职要求
- 汽车行业相关经验5年以上
- 具备咨询公司背景优先，有较强的逻辑分析能力与战略规划能力，具备方法论，有很好的思维框架，参与过企业的战略规划与策略制定项目
- 熟悉华为BLM模型、IPMS流程等框架者优先
