## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责基础学科创新实验室建设运营，根据相关各节点的要求，整理并跟进各节点交付物;
- 扫描技术资源，推进创新实验室和高校、科研院所等进行技术合作，持续获取最前瞻技术信息和合作机会；
- 负责持续锤炼深层次的技术科学问题并进行研究突破等;
- 识别实验室建设运营过程中的问题，进行问题推动解决;
- 基于相关创新技术开发计划整理创新技术规划，并保证规划的推进落地; 任职要求： 1、6年以上主机厂或相关工作经历，具备实验室运营管理经验，熟悉整车开发流程，了解功能定义、系统开发、软件开发 2、熟悉创新技术的开发流程，项目各节点的要求 3、有较强的逻辑思维及沟通能力 4、有较强的抗压能力 5、能用英语作为工作与语言
