## Job description

### 市场研究与分析
- 负责目标市场分析与对标，根据目标市场开发要求，收集目标市场信息，整合并形成分析结论；

### 市场策略报告
- 在指导下完成所属市场经营策略的方案报告及市场行动计划；

### 渠道开发与管理
- 经销商开发与管理，依据经营体发展计划，开发经销商资源并选择符合公司要求的经销商，对经销商营销过程进行指导和管控；

### 二网开发与管理
- 推动经销商进行网店开发、运营和培训；

### 销售运营与提升
- 策略制定和执行（价格、营销、产品等）：与经销商确认年度销售计划，推动经销商制定营销、产品、价格等策略，并具体签订各类相关商务合同。对市场业务涉及到各项具体推进事项进行检核与反馈；

### 风险控制
- 实时了解目标市场最新法规和动态变化，确认资金回笼等；

### 计划制定与执行
- 清晰认识整体经营目标，与内外部协同机构有效沟通、联动。

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，精通阿拉伯语更佳； 2、5年及以上海外销售工作经验，能适应海外出差； 3、具有较强的沟通协调能力； 4、有较强的市场敏锐度、执行力，具有经营思维。
