## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立并优化公司质量管理体系、SOP及检验标准，完善新品与量产产品的质量标准文件。
- 参与新品开发流程，在设计评审及手板阶段提出质量建议，预防质量风险。
- 主导新供应商审核与现有供应商质量评估，推动供应链质量持续改善。
- 负责新品试产质量跟踪与评估，组织生产过程质量监控及出货前抽检（AQL）。
- 处理质量异常，推动根本原因分析与纠正措施（CAPA），协同相关部门解决批量质量问题。
- 管理供应商质量数据，定期输出质量报告，为决策提供支持。 任职要求
- 质量管理、管理工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上消费品行业质量管理经验。
- 熟悉新品开发至量产全流程品控，具备独立供应商审核能力。
- 精通AQL及常用质量工具（8D/FMEA/SPC等），熟悉ISO 9001等质量管理体系。
- 熟悉常见材料工艺及潜在缺陷，了解家居、服装、电子等品类质量标准。
- 逻辑严谨，洞察力强，能追溯问题根源并推动闭环解决。
- 具备优秀沟通能力，能有效协同内外部团队推进质量改进。
- 坚持原则，数据与流程导向，具备体系化预防思维。
