## Job description

复制 岗位职责
- 统筹整车开闭件系统的产品开发全流程，制定技术方案与开发计划；
- 主导开闭件结构设计、性能验证工作，解决开发过程中的核心技术问题；
- 对接整车研发、制造、质量等跨部门团队，推动开闭件项目落地交付；
- 评估开闭件系统的结构刚度、密封性能、耐久度等核心指标，优化产品方案；
- 分析开闭件开发过程中的工艺难点，协同供应链端同步零部件开发要求；
- 监督开闭件相关技术标准、开发规范的落地执行，沉淀技术经验资产。 任职要求
- 车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业背景，具备扎实的机械结构设计理论知识；
- 具有8年以上整车开闭件开发相关工作经验，有完整量产车型开发项目经历；
- 熟练掌握开闭件结构设计、公差分析、CAE仿真验证相关专业技能；
- 熟悉汽车行业IATF16949质量体系要求，掌握整车开发流程及相关工艺标准；
- 具备较强的跨部门协调推动能力，能够独立牵头解决复杂技术问题；
- 熟悉开闭件相关零部件供应链体系，了解主流工艺实现路径与成本控制逻辑；
- 工作严谨细致，具备良好的技术文档编写能力与问题分析诊断能力。
