## Job description

### 一、岗位要求

作为海外市场满意度管理工作的核心成员，负责推进海外市场满意度管理的变革，通过综合的组织、协同能力，推动各责任部门完成调研问题的分析和改进，确保海外调研、访谈问题的闭环管理，协同集团产品、研发等部门对于海外产品适应性的大数据支持，负责海外NPS指标达成，持续提升海外市场客户满意度并支持完成集团海外销量目标。

### 二、职责要求
- 负责全品牌海外主要市场手机APP调研的系统设置；
- 负责全品牌海外主要市场调研报告的收集、分析、整理与高质量输出；
- 负责全品牌海外市场调研问题的跟进，所有调研问题实现闭环管理；
- 负责全品牌海外主要市场的KOL、客户大使等核心客户视频访谈的规划，具备独立主持海外核心客户质量访谈的能力；
- 负责全品牌海外客户视频访谈反馈问题的跟进，所有访谈问题闭环管理；
- 负责全品牌海外客诉、舆情的质量类问题的跟进，所有质量客诉、质量舆情的闭环管理；
- 支持其他单位对于海外问题的调研，比如海外适应性大数据调研工作。

### 三、教育背景

车辆工程、机械设计制造等与工程相关理工科专业本科及以上学历。

### 四、技能要求

1. 2年以上汽车质量管理、项目管理相关经验，熟悉汽车构造及汽车原理、汽车/零部件制造过程知识、汽车质量管理体系方面知识； 2. 善于数据分析，数据敏感性强，能从数据中心洞察业务问题； 3.具有很强的组织协调能力，能够顺利拉动相关单位，高效推进问题的闭环； 4. 熟悉质量管理工具（质量七大工具、8D等）；

### 五、素质要求

认同吉利的企业文化和价值观；具有强烈的责任心和原则性，具备优秀的逻辑思维和组织协调能力、较好的沟通和抗压能力，对质量有高标准要求；

普通话标准，自信大方，极强的亲和力，拥有出众的英语读写和沟通能力
