## Job description

### 岗位定位

突破"无本体数据采集"与"零样本真机迁移"技术瓶颈，实现低成本、高效率的虚实贯通，支持跨本体泛化与真实场景快速部署。

### 无本体数据采集
- 研发基于UMI（Universal Manipulation Interface）或可穿戴设备的低成本数据采集方案，实现无需机器人本体的真实世界操作数据获取

### Real-to-Sim重建
- 开发基于3D Gaussian Splatting或NeRF的场景重建算法，将真实环境高保真迁移至仿真器，支持自动化数据扩增

### Sim-to-Real迁移
- 研究域适应（Domain Adaptation）、域随机化、系统辨识等技术，缩小仿真与真实的性能差距（Reality Gap）

### 跨本体泛化
- 开发异构机器人本体间的策略迁移算法，实现零样本或少样本的真机部署

### 真机验证闭环
- 设计虚实贯通的训练范式，优化仿真与真实数据配比（如5:1配比下将操作成功率从46.7%提升至93.3%） 任职要求：
- 博士或优秀硕士，计算机视觉、机器人学、强化学习、人工智能等相关专业

### 核心技术
- 精通模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL），熟悉ACT、Diffusion Policy、RDT、π0等具身模型架构

### Sim-to-Real经验
- 深入理解仿真与真实的差异来源，具备域随机化、元学习、域适应的实战经验
- 3D视觉：熟悉3D重建（NeRF/Gaussian Splatting）、SLAM、多传感器融合，具备Real-to-Sim场景重建能力

### 工程落地
- 精通PyTorch，具备ROS/ROS2部署经验，熟悉模型量化、TensorRT加速与边缘计算优化 加分项：
- 有UMI、AR/VR遥操作或低成本数据采集系统的实际开发经验
- 熟悉NVIDIA Warp、Isaac Gym等大规模并行仿真训练框架
- 在CoRL、ICRA、IROS、RSS等顶会发表过Sim-to-Real相关论文
- 具备真实机器人（机械臂/人形机器人）全栈部署与调试经验
