## Job description
- 独立负责体验治理项目的日常管理，制定治理计划，推动各责任部门按期交付
- 主导体验问题的分层分级治理，根据影响范围、严重程度、用户反馈等因素确定处理优先级
- 建立和维护体验治理闭环机制（问题采集→分析→派单→修复→验证→回访），对闭环率和治理效果负责
- 组织协调跨部门资源，推动复杂体验问题的协同攻坚，确保关键问题按期解决
- 负责NPS/满意度等体验指标的达成，制定改善策略并跟踪落地效果
- 组织体验治理例会和专项评审会，输出治理报告和决策建议
- 对接用户研究团队，将用户洞察转化为具体的治理需求和行动项
- 建立和优化体验治理的流程、标准和模板，推动治理工作的规范化
