## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责从功能定义/设计/测试/上车过程中的功能/软件需求管理、功能实现管理、问题管理；
- 负责编制功能清单，功能成熟度的目标制定、牵头输出整车功能预估实现状态；
- 负责识别功能风险，并积极推动解决；
- 负责协调推动功能软件交付工作，协调上下游资源；
- 负责功能体验活动的开展及闭环。

### 任职要求
- 学历为本科及以上；汽车功能或产品经理5年以上经验，有一定的管理经验；
- 英语流利，可正常听说读写；
- 精通常用办公软件，良好的文字编辑能力，沟通协调和汇报能力，抗压能力，逻辑思维能力；
- 有控制器或软件开发经验，了解软件开发流程及软件质量管理者优先。
