## Job description

【岗位职责】
- 负责冲压车间过程质量管理，搭建完善的质量网，确保过程质量目标达成；
- 负责冲压车间外部质量管理，对接焊涂总等后工序部门，开展制造质量问题的解析解决工作；
- 负责冲压车间产品质量管理，制定冲压件质量检验标准，并对标准落地进行过程跟踪；
- 开展车间品质问题的解析解决、新车型/量产/市场不良项目的改善、对策验证及横展规避；
- 负责测量仪器、量具的校准、周期检定和维护保管，确保监视测量设备满足品质要求； 【任职要求】
- 熟悉汽车制造工艺及整车制造流程；
- 掌握汽车零部件装配关系DTS关系；

### 掌握整车常见故障模式，如
- 异响、功能异常、尺寸匹配度差等；
- 熟悉生产制造通用ISO 9001、IATF 16949等质量体系运行标准。

### 掌握基本质量工具用法，如
- 5WHY、FMEA、MSA、SPC等
- 具有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力
