## Job description
- 负责日常预警工单的处理和分析，快速流转质量问题，并完成故障诊断方案输出
- 负责DTC、故障灯、故障文言报码准确性的治理，无感知和强感知问题的标签化管理
- 负责主动识别高频/高风险的问题场景，协同研发制定问题预警能力
- 强感知故障类问题的识别，形成高价值招揽线索，赋能售后做故障车量的回厂邀约
