## Job description

### 岗位职责

评估汽车安全性能和防灾系统，包括碰撞测试、安全气囊评估等。 设计和执行安全测试方案，确保符合国家和国际标准。 分析测试数据并编写详细评估报告，提出改进建议。 协调与研发团队合作，优化汽车安全设计。 监控行业安全趋势，更新评估流程以应对新风险。 管理测试设备和工具，确保操作安全高效。

### 职位要求

学历要求：本科及以上学历，汽车工程、安全工程或相关专业优先。

### 工作经验

不限，但有汽车行业安全评估经验者优先。

### 技能要求

熟悉汽车安全测试方法，具备数据分析能力。

### 资格证书

持有相关安全认证者优先（如ISO 26262）。

### 其他要求

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
