## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 作为座舱分院质量改进接口人，承接内、外部典型质量案例的复盘与改进任务，组织责任部门进行复盘流程指导、复盘进度监控、保证复盘的真实性和时效性。
- 负责牵头组织对复盘报告进行评审，对复盘报告的有效性和完整性进行审核，并从质量管理角度审核复盘改善措施的有效性。
- 负责对复盘涉及的责任主体和改善措施进行监督和检查，确保措施落地执行，并制定或优化相关流程纳入日常检查。
- 推动质量复盘经验沉淀（案例库、checklist），建立和维护座舱分院复盘数据全景图，形成经验传承。
- 负责组织座舱分院内部自查工作，定期从组织、流程、标准、能力、态度、认知等方面对座舱质量进行优化和改进。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上软件质量管理工作经验，有软件开发测试相关经验或智能座舱相关经验优先考虑
- 熟悉汽车研发V模型，熟悉ASPICE、CMMI、IATF 16949等质量体系，了解敏捷开发、CICD和DevOps。
- 熟练掌握鱼骨图、PDCA、8D、6σ、FMEA等质量管理和改善工具。
- 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备良好的大局观、敏锐的洞察力，逻辑分析能力强。
