## Job description

（一）整车年度/季度版本基线统筹规划 1、基于公司整车产品战略、EE架构演进规划及行业软件定义汽车趋势，制定年度滚动整车OTA整体策略与版本迭代总则，覆盖FOTA、SOTA全场景升级体系。 2、主导全车型矩阵（在售、待上市、改款车型）的OTA主干版本、分支版本规划，制定年度版本日历、季度迭代计划，明确版本基线、功能范围、集成节点、发布窗口与退市规则。 （二）跨部门协同与项目推进 1、拉通项目、研发、测试、售后、用户运营等部门，建立常态化OTA版本例会机制，协调跨部门资源解决版本节奏、需求、交付、冲突等核心问题。 2、对接整车项目组，同步车型量产计划与OTA版本节奏，确保新车量产与后续OTA迭代无缝衔接，规避量产与升级版本割裂问题。 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子信息、软件工程、物联网、车联网等相关专业。 2、2年及以上汽车智能化/整车软件/OTA领域工作经验，有主流车企整车OTA版本规划、Release管理全盘统筹经验者优先。

3、熟悉国内汽车OTA监管政策、合规要求，具备完整年度版本规划及大规模车型矩阵OTA交付实战经验。
