## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责深度学习模型分布式训练的性能优化，提升训练系统的稳定性与资源利用率，加速模型训练。 负责识别和定位模型训练过程中的性能瓶颈，并针对性优化，包括数据读取、计算效率、显存利用、通信开销等多个方面的优化。

### 岗位要求

拥有本科及以上学历，计算机相关领域专业背景。 熟悉PyTorch框架并理解其底层实现原理，熟悉常见的分布式训练优化技术。 熟悉NVIDIA GPU架构及CUDA、NCCL等相关技术，有较扎实的CUDA算子开发与优化经验。 具备扎实的编程能力，熟悉C/C++、Python等编程语言，熟练掌握各类常用数据结构与算法。 了解Linux操作系统内核、虚拟化、编译器等原理。 具备较强的责任心、具有良好的学习能力和分析解决问题能力。
