## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责在项目中的智能驾驶业务开发工作， 作为部门/中心派驻车型项目组前台的第一责任人；
- 根据项目开发计划推动工作开展， 并为交付结果负责；
- 全权负责本部门/中心派驻项目团队的日常管理工作；
- 负责项目层级工作汇报， 参加项目层级的会议，组织本部门/中心派驻项目的日常会议， 负责部门内部协调沟通；
- 负责本部门业务相关的其他中心的日常对接与协调；
- 负责项目问题升级、 闭环及横展。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历毕业生，车辆工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化、电子信息工程、通信工程等相关专业；
- 对智能驾驶行业有浓厚兴趣，了解智能驾驶相关知识；
- 具备良好的沟通意识及技巧，能有效对接不同模块，推动问题解决；
- 熟练使用Office、Project等办公软件，能独立完成项目计划、进度跟踪报告、风险清单等文档的撰写，具备清晰的口头汇报逻辑；
- 身体健康，能适应项目推进过程中的阶段性加班及出差需求；
- 有3年以上智驾项目工作经验，有驾照，或持有项目管理相关证书者优先。
