## Job description

岗位职责
- 掌握行业动态和发展趋势，对于销售流程进行精细化管理，完成店面用户发展目标；
- 配合销售负责人进行精细化管理/推进和落实订单到交付流程，管理/监督门店日常运营；
- 维护现有车主，妥善处理客诉和纠纷，维护用户较高的满意度和活跃度；
- 以身作则践行极氪价值观，并向团队成员进行有效引导，搭建主动学习和分析的团队氛围，对团队成员进行销售技巧和日常技能的辅导及赋能。

### 任职要求
- 本科学历，3年以上相关工作管理经验，新零售行业优先，能够出色达成销售目标；
- 优秀的商业拓展能力和团队管理能力；
- 对销售数据敏感，优秀的数据分析和逻辑分析能力；
- 抗压能力强，能适应在高速发展的环境中开展销售管理工作，达到公司业绩指标要求。
