## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责统筹技术平台货架的建立、方案出入货架管理及审批、迭代，联合相关单位实现技术平台方案竞争力打造和提升；
- 负责作为技术平台货架管理代表，前置到技术平台开发各阶段发挥管理职责，确保技术平台方案高质量开发及及时高质量迁移上架
- 负责持续推动货架各通用品类（硬件/软件/生态等）的覆盖范围提升

### 负责基于技术平台分层逻辑，通过推进组合封装、管理梯度合理性等实现货架的高效管理及种类精简 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车/机械工程专业等相关专业，掌握汽车或机械相关基础知识，8年以上整车或零部件开发经验
- 具备一定的技术创新思维，并保持对行业先进技术的敏感性；
- 良好的沟通协调能力、全局意识，较高的抗压能力。
