## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 建立标准:负责制定整车匹配标准(DTS)，组织评审并对问题进行推动和管理;
- 数据检查:负责对CAS进行尺寸可行性分析，检查CAS与DTS符合性，参与断面(TI/PART TI)评审并对问题进行推动和管理;
- 方案制定:负责制定整车装配策略、工艺工装方案，组织评审并对问题进行推动和管理:
- 方案制定:负责制定车身及内、外饰零部件定位方案和公差，对产品结构、图纸进行评审;
- 虚拟分析:负责公差仿真分析，对尺寸目标进行验证并提出优化方案
- 问题解决:参与工装、夹具、检具方案评审，负责支持对复杂的实车匹配问题进行分析和推进: 岗位要求: 1.本科学历及以上;车辆工程及机械设计或类似组合专业;英语CET4及以上，读写能力较好，具备一定的口语沟通能力;具有系统思维和分析能力; 2.5年以上整车尺寸开发经验;主导或担当过2个车型以上尺寸开发经验;对整车内、外饰尺寸设计有较好的专业基础，对汽车开发流程有较为清晰的认知; 3.有良好的语言表达和组织能力; 4.了解和熟悉集团各业务的基本过程; 5.善于对实践成果进行理论化总结，形成方法论
