## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导视觉-语言-动作（VLA）大模型研发，融合3D感知、语言理解与驾驶行为生成，优化复杂场景的安全性、舒适性和通行效率；
- 设计多模态特征融合方案（摄像头/激光雷达+文言信息），持续优化和完善VLA模型架构；
- 推进模型车端高效部署，落地城市NOA，解决无图环境长尾问题。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上，3年+自动驾驶算法经验，精通PyTorch/CUDA，有BEV+Transformer落地经验；
- 熟悉DriveVLM/OmniDrive/SparseDrive/VAD等开源方案，熟悉基于LORA的LLM大模型优化方案；
- 参与过端到端自动驾驶项目，具备模型训练到车端部署全链路能力。
