## Job description
- 负责制定整车性能试验计划，明确试验目标、工况、设备需求与资源安排
- 主导整车NVH、操稳、制动、加速、能耗等核心性能项目的现场试验执行
- 采集并分析试验数据，识别性能偏差，输出包含问题诊断与改进建议的试验报告
- 协同设计团队参与性能目标设定与变更评估，确保试验输入与开发目标一致
- 维护试验设备与测试场地，确保仪器精度符合校准要求并保障试验安全
- 参与试验标准的编制与更新，推动公司内部试验流程的规范化与体系化建设
- 跟踪行业最新测试技术，评估并引入新型测试设备或方法以提升验证能力
- 配合质量部门完成客户反馈问题的复现与根因分析，支持售后性能问题闭环
- 编写试验操作指导书与培训材料，提升团队整体试验执行能力
- 参与新车型开发各阶段的性能评审会议，提供试验数据支持与风险预警
- 确保所有试验活动符合国家法规、企业标准及环保安全规范
- 管理试验外包资源，监督第三方机构的执行质量与交付时效
