## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责新品投产期制造质量管理相关工作，组织试制、试生产各投产节点制造质量保证落实情况评价。
- 识别制造过程风险，推动责任工厂/领域整改闭环与有效性验证，驱动实物质量提升。
- 推动责任部门建立和完善制造质量流程与标准，沉淀案例与最佳实践，组织各基地横向对标与经验推广。
- 组织/参与制造过程审核（IATF16949 / VDA 6.3），评价过程健康度，推动制造质量持续改进。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历。 2、3 年以上制造质量/过程质量/现场质量管理经验。 3、熟悉冲压/焊装/涂装/总装四大工艺中的一种或多种，熟悉行业及企业技术标准。 4、协调推动能力强，数据处理能力强，熟练办公软件；能接受出差/驻场审核者优先。
