## Job description

### 岗位职责

1，负责市场与政策研究，包含细分市场动总趋势、国家/地方法规政策、充放电基础设施、用户生态等； 2，负责用户与需求研究，包含用户习惯及需求、用户场景及工程转化、海内外调研等； 3，负责行业与竞品对标，包含新能源技术趋势、竞品技术对标、专利解析等； 4，负责建立市场、用户、竞品的调研机制，搭建数据库并进行维护； 5，负责建立市场与用户需求分析团队，构建市场与用户需求分析能力体系，支撑产品定义及系统选型； 6，完成上级领导交办任务 任职资格： 1，本科以上学历，8年以上工作经验，车辆相关专业，同时具备理工科+市场/用户研究复合背景者优先。 2，深入理解新能源三电系统的技术原理、性能指标及行业发展趋势，熟悉主流三电技术路线的优劣对比；了解三电相关成本结构与供应链格局。 3，具备敏锐的行业洞察力与数据分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具及竞品分析方法，能从复杂数据中提炼核心结论；掌握用户研究方法论（如定性访谈、定量调研、场景分析），可精准挖掘用户需求并转化为商业价值。

4，责任心强，目标驱动，良好的团队意识和沟通协调能力； 5，认可吉利企业文化。
