## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责行车场景功能需求分析（如自动变道、上下匝道、避障绕行、蠕行控制等），输出功能系统设计文档；
- 设计行车功能状态机、人机交互策略（HMI）及降级/退出机制，明确与驾驶员的接管交互逻辑。
- 协助牵头智能驾驶全栈系统顶层架构设计，涵盖端到端模型、定位、决策控制、人机共驾等模块；参与整车架构定义相关技术研讨，协助实现性能、成本与量产可行性的最优平衡。 任职要求
- 计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、车辆工程或相关领域学历； 2.5年以上智能驾驶行车功能系统设计或相关经验；
- 优秀的逻辑抽象与系统性思维，能将模糊的用户需求转化为可工程化的技术方案。
- 跨部门沟通与推动能力，能高效协调算法、测试、功能安全及整车集成团队。
- 具备实车测试敏感度，善于在复杂工况中快速定位问题根因。
