## Job description

职责
- 负责满意度调研问卷的开发与评审工作，确保同场景调研规则的一致性、确保调研数据的可对比性
- 负责满意度调研结果的分析和数据通晒，配合业务部门输出满意度考核成绩
- 负责满意度申诉管理
- 通过对低分原因的分析，洞察服务问题，推动业务进行问题整改
- 依据业务管理需要，定期进行调研内容调整 要求
- 本科及以上学历
- 有相关岗位经验2年及以上
- 善于数据分析，数据敏感性强，能从数据中心洞察业务问题
- 跨部门协同能力强，有过项目管理经验者最佳
- 逻辑思维能力强，沟通能力强
