## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责抖音品牌自播直播间全流程运营，直播排期、脚本策划、场控执行；
- 监控直播间流量与转化数据，输出复盘优化；
- 联动短视频、投放团队，提升直播间GMV； 3、跟进平台活动，维护直播间合规，协同主播完成直播落地。

### 任职要求

1、2年+抖音自播直播运营经验，熟悉巨量百应、千川后台； 2、会直播数据复盘，独立操盘直播间；能接受直播排班（晚班/周末）； 3、汽车行业直播经验优先。
