## Job description

- 负责智能AI座舱下一代系统交互的整体产品定义，结合行业趋势搭建可落地的AI座舱产品架构，明确产品技术方向。
- 跟踪AI座舱行业动态，挖掘用户真实需求，开展市场调研，输出需求洞察，支撑产品规划决策。
- 跨部门协同研发、测试等团队，把控产品体验与合规标准，保障项目顺利落地。
- 收集上市产品用户反馈与使用数据，制定迭代优化方案，通过OTA持续优化座舱功能与交互体验。
- 定期完成主流车企竞品拆解，输出专业竞品分析报告，为产品差异化迭代、战略决策提供依据。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、计算机、产品设计等相关专业优先，10年左右智能座舱、体验设计相关经验
- 深度热爱汽车行业，熟悉智能座舱架构，了解当前的大模型能力，对行业趋势有敏锐判断力。
- 具备独立完成AI座舱产品规划、方案定义能力，擅长需求挖掘、竞品分析，可输出高质量产品报告。
- 优秀跨部门统筹与项目推进能力，逻辑清晰、抗压性强，可高效协调资源解决项目难点。
- 熟悉主流座舱软硬件平台，有头部新能源车企、智能座舱企业从业经验优先。
- 具备产品复盘思维，善于结合市场数据优化产品策略，持续提升产品市场竞争力。
