## Job description

### 岗位职责

管理产品可靠性测试和质量控制流程，确保符合行业标准。 开发和实施质量改进计划，优化质量管理体系。 协调跨部门团队，确保产品质量目标的达成。 分析质量数据，识别潜在问题并提出纠正措施。 监督供应商质量管理，评估其可靠性表现。 参与新产品开发过程，提供可靠性评估和风险分析。 维护质量文档和报告，支持内部和外部审计。

### 职位要求

学历要求：本科及以上学历，工程、质量管理或相关专业优先。

### 专业要求

熟悉质量管理原理、工具（如FMEA、SPC）和行业标准（如ISO 9001）。

### 工作经验要求

不限工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生或有相关背景者申请。

### 技能要求

具备数据分析能力、问题解决能力和团队协作能力，熟练使用办公软件。

### 资格证书要求

持有质量管理体系内审员证书（如ISO 9001）者优先。

### 其他要求

全职职位，需具备良好的沟通能力和持续改进意识。
