## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责部门分解的经营指标达成；
- 负责模块内产品系统选型及各属性目标达成；；
- 负责各项目NPDS节点及工程交付物输出，对交付物合规及质量负责；
- 负责PCR设计变更的分析、评审、验证、实施的管理；
- 负责产品技术标准、设计规范的编制及更新；
- 负责模块产品难点问题解决及经验库总结；
- 负责难点问题提炼及专项课题立项&全流程开发总结；
- 负责模块内各产品法规点检、校核，知识产权规避；
- 负责国内/外同行业产品发展动态，协助完成软饰系统技术对标分析，“三新”技术预研；

### 负责供应商开发管理、TCA能力审查及研发业绩评价； 任职要求
- 材料、机械等工科专业背景，本科学历；
- 在整车5年以上工作经验，至少从事2个车型有软内饰的开发经验，熟悉软内饰工程开发流程;
- 熟悉相关跨领域专业知识;
- 熟练使用CATIA软件;
- 有较好的工程领悟力、沟通能力以及团队合作精神；有较强的抗压能力、执行力及交付意识
