## Job description
- 负责海外项目全生命周期流程开发，构建及优化海外业务流程框架，制定业务流程规范，并确保落地执行。
- 评审及诊断海外业务流程合理性，提出风险事项推动改善。
- 监控及优化流程，识别海外项目开发过程中的问题，及时对问题进行剖析，梳理流程优化点固化到流程中推广执行。
- 风险管理:识别海外流程潜在风险，跟踪业务方制定应对方案，确保业务有效开展。
