## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责所负责零部件（前/后保，外部装饰 ，扰流板，发光装饰件等）的前期设计选型、TI/FC、3D/2D的制作及成熟度提升。
- 负责所负责零部件相关interface需求、属性目标的平衡及达成。
- 负责所负责零部件的实物开发及相关试装、试验等验证工作进展的跟进。
- 负责所负责零部件的试验、装车、市场等问题的整改方案制定、验证及落实。
- 负责所负责零部件各阶段的项目交付文件的编写及会签跟进。
- 负责所负责零部件各阶段的质量文件FMEA\SCA等文件的编写及会签跟进。
- 负责所负责零部件典型问题攻关、横展分享及项目经验工作总结。
- 负责外饰领域零件的新技术新工艺的发掘及应用。 9 参与外饰领域的技术标准文件的编写修订工作及专利、论文申报。

### 岗位要求

1、学历本科及以上，车辆工程、机械、工业设计、材料成型等相关专业,CET-4及以上，读写能力较好，具备一定的口语沟通能力。 2、5年以上相关专业工作经验；主导或担当过2个及以上车型开发的工作。 3、熟练掌握相关零部件技术要求；熟练掌握Catia软件；熟悉外饰开发的相关流程，熟练使用办公及TC软件；熟悉外饰各种原材料的功能特性及应用场景，熟悉外饰工艺的技术要求及特点。
