## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 高压系统方案集成开发，包括高压架构、高压安全属性指标及高压系统相关零部件的设计和开发；
- 制定并分解新能源整车高压安全目标定义，进行属性开发和过程管控。
- 制定高压配电方案，绘制高压电气原理图，进行高压保护装置选型设计、匹配校核，元器件选型。
- 识别及管控开发过程的风险问题，并推动问题关闭；承接售后问题的分析与解决；
- 按照项目开发节点要求，推动项目的开发工作，按照项目开发阀点要求，有质量的输出阀点交付物；

### 牵头优化开发过程中的相关流程、体系及能力建设； 任职要求
- 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电气工程、系统工程、机械工程等相关专业； 2、5年及以上新能源汽车高压架构、高压安全等相关工作经验，了解EV、PHEV、REEV的三电方案构型，了解充配电系统及高压连接系统等相关知识； 3、有过高压系统集成或充放电系统等相关开发经验优先； 4、做事严谨，心态开放，性格开朗、乐观积极向上，擅长与人交流沟通；
