## Job description

### 交付业务包含新能源动力系统集成、新能源高压架构、新能源三电系统、动力域/新能源域/热管理域功能及控制器、能量管理/动力性/驾驶性/排放/充电性能/高压安全等属性业务的交付管理工作
- 负责承接各车型项目需求，包括需求承接、任务分解、计划管理和结果交付(包含功能、属性开发过程推 进);
- 负责中心内外部资源协调，包含项目端需求平衡、测试车辆、试验场地、相关费用等;
- 负责项目开发过程管控，包含阀点交付质量、产品性能目标达标情况、开发过程中质量问题推进等(包含基地驻点)。 1、全日制本科以上学历; 5年以上新能源相关工作经验，具有较强的系统集成开发能力，有海外或国内项目开发经验优先; 具有较强的架构/平台开发经验，具备统筹策划能力; 3、具有较强的新能源系统软硬件开发匹配能力; 2年以上项目管理能力，具备较强沟通协调能力
