## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 统筹海外业务，协同业务部门进行人才规划、关键岗位人才招聘、绩效管理与激励等相关工作；
- 建立海外公司人才体系建设，包括但不限于人才盘点、团队梯队建设；
- 诊断业务存在的问题，并提供可落地的人力资源解决⽅案，助力业务实现业务目标；
- 了解海外合法用工相关政策，持续提升公司海外用工合规性。 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言，能够接受海外外派； 2.5年及以上人力资源管理工作经验； 3.熟悉人力资源运作流程，具备专业结构化的系统性思维，并善于转化业务需求； 4.熟悉数据分析以及项目实操，能够为组织诊断与人才发展提供解决方案； 5.具备良好的协调沟通能力，学习能力和自我驱动力强； 6.有责任心和亲和力，能够适应快速变化的工作节奏。
