## Job description

### 项目执行管理
- 负责活动策划及落地执行，根据活动目的、进行预算管理、执行过程管理，优化活动方案，形成可执行方案，最终落地提升活动各项效果；

### 跨部门协作
- 内外合作接治，牵头跨部门协作沟通，保证活动顺利执行并对结果负责，

### 项目预算管理
- 统筹项目招投标、预决算，流程推进，控制成本；
- 通过活动数据及满意度分析，对活动进行优化运营数据指标；

### 效果评估与优化
- 需负责活动结束后完成活动复盘总结，完成数据复盘及提升计划；
- 负责梳理活动流程、体系、标准，撰写活动板块体系文件及更新迭代。

### 任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，新闻、传播、营销学等相关专业优先；
- 科技、汽车、互联网领域品牌或市场经验工作经验，具备大型\复杂营销整合案例执行经验优先；
- 需具备高效执行力、资源整合能力及抗压能力，善于内外部沟通，稳健推进项目进程；
- 精通线下6年活动运营与组织流程，明确目标，具备大型活动危机处理案例；
- 对品牌建设及活动管理充满热忱，关注细节具备责任心及主人翁意识；
- 敏锐的洞察行业趋势与竞品动态，汲取灵感并快速反应，不断为品牌活动注入创新思维，确保品牌活动的先进性及竞争力； 7、3年以上驾驶经验，能够熟练驾驶。
