## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹质量管理体系运行，组织质量目标分解与绩效评估；
- 主导质量改进项目立项，运用精益、六西格玛等方法推进落地；
- 分析关键质量数据与客诉信息，识别流程短板并输出改进方案；
- 监督生产及服务过程质量控制点执行，确保标准有效落地；
- 协调跨部门资源解决重大质量异常，跟踪纠正预防措施闭环；
- 设计质量改进培训内容，支持各层级质量意识与能力提升；
- 维护质量改进知识库，沉淀最佳实践并推动标准化复制。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，质量管理、工业工程或相关专业优先；
- 五年以上质量改进或体系管理经验，有项目主导经验；
- 熟练掌握QC七大手法、8D、FMEA、SPC等质量工具；
- 具备六西格玛黑带/绿带或注册质量工程师证书者优先；
- 熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系，具备内审员资格；
- 较强的数据分析能力，能使用统计软件进行问题诊断；
- 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力与项目推动能力，逻辑严谨。
