## Job description

岗位职责 1 技术情报检索 通过案头研究、定性访谈等，开展竞争企业下一代车型布局及技术布局情报获取及分析工作，并形成对应举措及建议 2 技术前瞻洞察 基于对多个核心系统的技术沉淀和常态化监测，形成细分领域技术趋势发展洞察以及建议主张 3.具备系统技术方案分析能力，能够策划产品技术形态及方案，基于市场数据收集和竞争对手分析，推进新技术导入与落地，制定未来产品开发策略与方向 4.参与新技术的验证试验等工作，能够协同配合部门其他工作开展。具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神以及抗压能力，为公司技术规划及技术部署提供决策支持 岗位要求
- 熟悉智能汽车发展趋势，对智能化、AI技术有足够认知洞察能力，并能前瞻性地理解技术发展趋势和应用场景
- 对汽车领域、智能制造领域有浓厚的兴趣，热爱咨询研究
- 国内外知名院校本科及以上学历，汽车工程、经管类、统计学等相关专业优先
- 善于分析、总结、规划，熟练使用excel、ppt等办公软件和AI大模型工具
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，做事严谨细心，具有良好的学习能力和数据分析能力
- 良好的沟通能力、创新能力以及团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力
