## Job description

### 职责描述
- 负责结合产品竞争力需求，提供创造性和竞争力的技术方案，对产品竞争力实现的技术路线；
- 负责产品组的技术规划及对应技术方案的评审及应用落地，紧密跟踪行业技术发展趋势与创新动态；
- 负责推进产品重难点技术问题的解决，并对重难点技术问题的解决结果负责；
- 负责协同软件总工，推进产品集群内共性软件问题解决及横展，并对重难点软件技术问题的解决结果负责；
- 负责主导技术选型、数字样车冻结、实车验证问题方案制定、设变方案评审等，并协同交付总监对单一项目制定最优的解决方案和执行计划；
- 负责协同产品总监设定整车 PAP2.0 管控指标，优化资源配置，推动精益化设计理念，实现产品竞争力的最大化； 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，汽车设计、机械设计、机械制造及自动化、材料等相关专业； 2、10年以上主机厂工作经历，其中至少主导过1款全球车的上市开发，有过技术专家岗位经历优先； 3、熟悉整车各系统零部件设计核心要点，产品材料、结构、功能性能、布置及法规（国标及欧标）； 4、具备较强的组织能力、协调能力、沟通能力、专业指导能力； 5、具备洞悉行业技术发展趋势能力； 6、英语CET-6以上，英语可以作为工作语言（特殊人才可以适当放宽）。
