## Job description

### 岗位要求
- 熟悉汽车整车开发流程，具备汽车内饰装饰材料的开发应用经验（如真木，膜片等）
- 具备精准洞察汽车豪华装饰材料的痛点和需求，主动挖掘外部优质材料资源和合作机会。
- 具备完整的材料开发应用及产业化全流程视野，兼具扎实的技术功底与丰富的业务经验，主导解决应用领域的推进工作。
- 具备汽车CMF审美能力。 职位介绍
- 统筹负责汽车豪华装饰材料前沿技术研究；
- 统筹汽车用豪华装饰材料技术路线及技术规划；
- 统筹负责即时洞察行业发展方向，尽快开展豪华装饰新材料的基础研究工作，对配方及工艺熟悉，可快速指导供应商针对性开发；
- 负责豪华装饰材料专业有关的对外交流与合作开展，负责产学研搭建，科技成果转化、课题开发等；
- 负责牵头豪华装饰材料在汽车零部件应用的技术攻关；
- 负责豪华装饰材料创新体系、研发体系及运行机制的构建与管理。
