## Job description

### 任职资格
- 管控软件开发进度，识别并推动风险问题；
- 负责管理软件版本信息与数据审核发布；
- 负责公司基线软硬件兼容性的管理，维护系统数据；
- 负责召开软件开发进度推进会，跟进软件递交状态；
- 负责召开软件释放评审会议，根据测试结果，确定软件是否发布；
- 负责软件基线的发布变更，保证数据准确性，完整性与及时性；
- 负责OTA平台基线软硬件版本信息的校核和维护；
- 负责跟踪ECU软硬件的变更，对接测试需求，确保软硬件兼容；
- 优化改进软件整车基线发布流程&TC系统。

### 岗位职责
- 大学本科及以上学历（含学位），理工科专业优先；
- 熟悉软件版本管理，TC系统，BOM经验者优先；
- 诚实稳重，工作仔细，积极主动，有较强的解决问题的能力；
- 有较强的团队合作意识，有职业化的工作习惯，良好的沟通协调能力；
- 熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其是Excel软件。
