## Job description

### 岗位职责

1.负责组织项目各模块按时、按质形成一致意见并组织与造型中心团队沟通并达成一致；支持/2.协调造型中心按时、按节点目标完成输出 3.负责产品造型成本竞争力管控，保证造型成本竞争力 4.负责产品造型竞争力管控，保证造型竞争力 5.负责产品品质竞争力管控，保证品质竞争力 6.

### 负责委外造型设计项目的造型质量及进度管控 技能要求
- 熟悉造型各模块的运作；掌握造型设计、模型制作、数据制作、色彩及皮纹设计开发认可、设计企划等造型设计开发管理知识和一定的技巧
- 能策划产品造型目标设定、造型竞争力控制、造型品质攻关的方案
- 熟练掌握造型开发流程、具备项目管理知识，具备造型管理能力
- 熟练使用造型设计软件，PS、Vred
- 具备流程优化及流程再造能力
- 具备较强的造型竞争力及品质竞争力的管理能力
